TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Punctuality is virtue. Please arrive on time, pack and leave on time. Overtime charges will be imposed accordingly.

  2. We only accept full payments before bookings can be confirmed. Payment can be made to our corporate account via iBanking.

  3. Payments must be made on the same day you called for booking.

  4. A minimum of two hours booking must be made.

  5. Cancellation of bookings must be made 24 hours before the time of your shoot. We will not refund any cancellations made within 24hrs notice.

  6. Food and drinks are allowed, but do kindly bring your own trash with you when you leave.

  7. Please keep the studio clean at all times.

  8. All footwear in the studio must be taped. A fine of $30 will be imposed if they are not taped.

  9. Studio equipments are very expensive. Please handle everything in the studio with care. You are liable for any damages caused. Mishandling of equipment will be charged accordingly.

  10. Please turn off steamer when not in use.

  11. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you when you are leaving as we will not be responsible for any losses.

  12. Please bring your own SD/CF Card or thumbdrive. We do not provide loan of memory space.

  13. AltissimoStudios.com reserves the right amend any of these conditions without prior notice. By using this site and/or confirmation of rental of our studios and equipment, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions dictated.
